Training Manager
Before working for Kardinal I worked in various roles as a nanny and also in a children’s nursery. I joined Kardinal in 2008 as a Healthcare Assistant. In 2012 I was promoted to a supervisor then in 2019 I joined the office team. Since joining Kardinal I have gained my NVQ level 2 & 3 in health and social care. In 2019 I gained my teaching qualification in Education and Training. I am responsible for the training of our care staff and support workers.
