Sarah Day

I have worked within the care sector for over 25  years. I firstly qualified as a Nursery Nurse providing care for children up to the age of 7 then I joined the NHS working as a Health Care Assistant at a rehabilitation community hospital for a number of years before going onto to work for the ‘Intensive Care at Home Team’ within the hospital working closely with the Community District Nurse team in providing nursing care to individuals at home who had recently been discharged from hospital. I joined Kardinal in 2018, I completed my NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care and became a supervisor in 2020 assisting with client reviews and assessments. I joined the office team in 2021 as client liaison ensuring our clients maintain their health and wellbeing. I was promoted to Deputy Manager in 2024 and work closely with Ken leading our adults care at home services.
