I have worked in health care for over 30 years and qualified as a Registered Learning Disability Nurse in 1990. I began my career as a Community Learning Disability Nurse working with adults and children with complex needs. I joined Kardinal Healthcare in 2007 as a healthcare assistant and soon moved into a role within the office assisting with client assessments and reviews. I have a diploma in Nursing care of the Individual with Epilepsy and Health & Social Care Registered Managers Award, and in 2024 moved into the role of accounts and assist with HR
