Lucy Plummer

I have worked in the care sector for over 9 years, gaining experience in a variety of roles including Care Assistant and Senior Carer. In 2018, I progressed into the role of Care Co-ordinator, I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, which has provided me with strong knowledge and skills to support my role effectively. I joined Kardinal Healthcare in 2022 and have  enjoyed getting to know both clients and care staff, recognising how important these relationships are when allocating care calls and ensuring high-quality, person-centred support.
