Before starting my career in care, I  worked as a hairdresser, where I developed strong communication skills and a passion for supporting people. I joined Kardinal Healthcare in 2020, initially working as a carer before being promoted to a supervisory role. I now assist in the office as a Care Co-ordinator, supporting both care staff and clients to ensure care is well organised and delivered to the highest standard. I believe that building positive, trusting relationships with both staff and families is essential to providing the best possible support and ensuring everyone feels valued and supported.
